As a certified Personal Trainer since 2003, I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles to all those living or working in Fairfield County. I have trained clients ranging from jockeys, to professional athletes, pregnant women to those with disabilities. Working with me is more than just getting you into shape, I also help with improving endurance, building strength, rehabilitating from injury, and sports-specific training. Each workout is carefully planned, and all performance and progress is tracked. Nutritional guidance is also given, this is crucial to overall well being.

CARDIO FITNESS

FLEXIBILITY TRAINING

Struggling to touch your toes, finding it difficult to just move in general. No problem, special programs are offered to help keep you moving, easily.

MUSCLE BUILDING

If it is strength and muscle building you want, it can be done. The program will be tailored to ensure toning followed by bulking will be accomplished.

GROUP FITNESS

Sometimes it is just better to work out with friends. Group classes are designed to ensure that all body types are accommodated and that lots of fun is had while getting your heart rate up.
