As a certified Personal Trainer since 2003, I offer a wide range of in person fitness services and training styles to all those living or working in Tampa, Florida. Or if you prefer to train online and you are located elsewhere in the United States or globally, the same level of personalized attention and professionalism is available to you through our exclusive online private personal training sessions. In-home private training, is available to clients that are located within a limited radius too.
I have trained clients ranging from jockeys, to professional athletes, pregnant women to those with disabilities. Working with me is more than just getting you into shape, I also help with improving endurance, building strength, rehabilitating from injury, and sports-specific training. Each workout is carefully planned, and all performance and progress is tracked.
Nutritional guidance is also given, this is crucial to overall well being.
