As a certified Personal Trainer since 2003, I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles. I have trained clients ranging from jockeys, to professional athletes, pregnant women to those with disabilities. Working with me is more than just getting you into shape, I also help with improving endurance, building strength, rehabilitating from injury, and sports-specific training. Each workout is carefully planned, and all performance and progress is tracked. Nutritional guidance is also given, this is crucial to overall well being.
